- Richard Gere at Rasika Tuesday night. Gere, chairman of the International Campaign for Tibet, was in town for the nonprofit's dinner at the Penn Quarter restaurant. The group sampled many dishes, including chicken biryani, tandoori lamb chops, black cod, palak chat, malai palak and the dal makhani.
